The Dou Lodge is located on the top floor of The Ridge - a fabulous ski-in, ski-out new-build in Les Arcs Paradiski. At the heart of one of the most extensive ski areas in Europe (425 km of pistes), this 208m² single floor apartment features breath-taking views of Les Arcs and the Tarentaise Valley, creating a magical atmosphere for your luxury ski holiday in Les Arcs.
The entertaining space, surmounted by a double-height ceiling, showcases a spacious living room with open fireplace, a dedicated bar area, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The long oak dinner table presents the perfect setting to host your meal, in front of the majestic mountain peaks framed along the full height windows.
The south facing terrace will welcome your late breakfast as well as your apres-ski drinks, doing a few stretches in front of the amazing valley panorama. You will relax and catch the last rays of sunshine, with a hot chocolate or a glass of wine in your hand!
Fitted with high end appliances and Le Creuset cookware, the fully functional kitchen will allow you or your nominated chef to prepare your favourite meals.
In the evening, head to the lodge's cosy cinema room, isolated on the mezzanine floor, to watch the latest blockbuster movie on the incredible 75" 8K smart TV. While others may wish to enjoy a book by the warm fireplace.
ROOMS
In total, the Dou Lodge accommodates for up to 12 guests, with the highest levels of comfort. There are four bedrooms, each with their own spacious en-suite bathrooms and separate WCs, as well as a large, tranquil study sleeping a further 2 people on a sofa/day bed. Two of the bedrooms also have the additional benefit of balcony access.

1 x double bedroom with King size bed (or two single beds) with en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC and balcony access.
1 x double bedroom with Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC (and a cheeky view of the Mont-Blanc!)
1 x Family bedroom sleeping 4 : 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds (suitable for adults and children, length 200cm), en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC.
1 x Study room with day/sofa bed (sleeps 2).
OUR SERVICES
The Dou Lodge is part of a new-build luxury residence, Le Ridge, providing all of the services needed in order for you to enjoy the most comfortable stay! No need to take your car to rent your skis! A quick stop at the ski shop Netski on the ground floor of the residence will enable you to get your shoes and skis in no time ! The ski room, with your own private double cubicle with boot heaters, awaits you on your return. The spa has a dedicated room for treatments, provided by our award winning French sport massage therapist. There is also a shared gym, swimming pool, Hammam and sauna, to enjoy some well-earned after-ski relaxation - what better way to really feel on holiday!

If you want to enjoy a refined and local French cuisine, we can arrange for a private chef to cater for you. Otherwise, Fernand and Valerie will welcome you in their “French Touch” canteen, on the ground floor, with a fresh daily menu, eat-in or takeaway, or with morning croissants and bread. They will be happy to display their chef's (one of the best of the area!!) suggestions : crayfish linguine, stuffed veal breast, sweetbread with morels, home made cassoulet … but as well lighter options with quiches and salads.
GREEN
LES ARCS have received the FLOCON VERT label, guaranteeing their durable engagement toward a greener ski resort. It has been obtained after passing a test on 20 criteria which you can find here (in French) https://www.flocon-vert.org/les-criteres/.
At the Dou Lodge, we've always cared about sustainability and we try our best to offer you a stay as eco-friendly as possible. All our bathroom toiletries Sentier des Alpes are refillable, the water on tap is one of the purest in Europe so no need to buy plastic bottles, we have a filter coffee machine (as well as Nespresso if you really need to!), our washing machine is automatically using the minimum amount of soap to run your laundry, we use energy efficient heating system...
LES ARCS -PARADISKI
The Dou Lodge is situated in the luxury residence The Ridge, on the heights of ARC 1600 near the Village des deux tetes. You will find the Arpette pist right at the exit of our ski room. This blue pist is ideal to join The Mont Blanc / Cachette ski lifts and all the ski lessons meeting points.
The centre of Les Arcs 1600, which is completely pedestrianised, is just a short walk, or ski, from your apartment. Alternatively, the resort's free shuttle bus, which also has access to the neighbouring resort villages of Les Arcs 1800, Les Arc 1950 and Les Arcs 2000, stops at the end of the residence. You can therefore leave your car in our parking space and enjoy the various bars, restaurants and shops available.
